Meet N64-Tan, a humanised Nintendo 64

I came across a post by Tumblr user Junktastic the other day and decided to compile a list of anime’d versions of the N64 called Tans. If you know of any other ones, be sure to let me know!

Professorhazard

This one is drawn by Deviantart user Professorhazard. Kinda reminds me of Megaman in a way. Probably drawn in 2008.

xo-Kisshuluvr-ox

Here is one by Deviantart user xo-Kisshuluvr-ox. Originally meant to be drawn male, she drew this tan as a girl because she can’t draw guys and all tans are female. =/

MrPickles

Deviantart user MrPickles uploaded this one. It kinda reminds me of Temari from Naruto, doesn’t she? This picture dates to 2009.

Junktastic’s N64-tan

This is the one that got me to look into this in the first place. It’s by far my favourite. She says in the post that the N64 controller is the most comfortable of all

Warlock0103

This one here by Warlock0103 shows N64-tan as a superhero of sorts. I’d call it a mixture of a Spartan and Simon Belmont.

This was originally drawn while waiting for a test that was delayed, and completed later over the course of two days.

GandWatch

This one by GandWatch shows a simpler N64-Tan. Her shirt’s colour changes depending on the colour of your Nintendo 64 console.

Inuyuru

This one by inuyuru uses the d-pad as a weapon. I love how the N64 shoulder buttons are actually buttons on her shoulders.

This N64-tan by Krekkov is a bit more NSFW, but still a cute little addition.

Untitled N64-tans

These are the N64-tans that I couldn’t find a source for. This first one dates back to (I think) 2007.
