GlideN64: The next step in Nintendo 64 emulation

The Glide64 is a graphics plugin for Nintendo 64 emulators that uses OpenGL to allow access for most PCs out there, making it the standard way of processing Nintendo 64 graphics in pretty much every emulator out there. Well, now the developer of that graphics engine is creating an upgraded version of it called the GLideN64.

Let me be honest, I don’t quite understand all of the technical mumbo-jumbo that goes behind the buidling of this platform. It’s made even more confusing when the old version is called Glide64 and the new one is GLideN64, so I won’t delve into to much detail in that regard.

Simply put, it’ll make your emulated games look much cooler.

Have a look at the GLideN64 page on Indiegogo to donate for this cause! Sourcing ends on the fifth of September 2014. Every little bit helps, I sent $15 over to them =)
