In Sand City, you are building up a sandcastle city for the crabby inhabitants of the beach. Attract residents by building housing accommodations. As your city grows, more crabs will move in!
Over time, your residents will pay property and sales tax, allowing city to grow.

'L' - View Landscape Commands
'R' - View Building Commands
'C Left & C Right' - Browse Commands
'D Pad' - Place Your Cursor
'A' - Select a Command
'B' - Secondary Command
